Before using any part of our Services, including the AI Buddy ("Nurse Flo") and NurseUp Academy, please read this important notice.

1. Educational Use Only

The information provided through NurseUp, including all AI-generated content, courses, and resources, is intended solely for educational and informational purposes.

NurseUp and its AI tools do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. No Protected Health Information (PHI)

Do not enter or share any Protected Health Information (PHI) or personally identifiable patient data when using the NurseUp platform or AI Buddy.
NurseUp is not designed to process PHI and doing so would violate both our Terms and applicable privacy laws (including HIPAA).

If PHI is inadvertently submitted, it will be deleted.

5. Professional Responsibility

NurseUp is designed to support, not replace, the clinical expertise and judgment of nursing professionals.
You are responsible for ensuring that all decisions, actions, or inactions in your clinical practice are made in accordance with your professional training, local laws, and institutional policies.
