Our Services include:
AI Buddy (“Nurse Flo”) – An AI-driven assistant designed to provide educational and informational responses to nursing-related questions, based on evidence-informed data sources.
NurseUp Academy – A digital library of educational courses, study tools, and resources focused on nursing specialties, leadership, and wellness.
These tools are intended to support learning, personal development, and professional practice — not to replace medical decision-making or professional consultation.
3. Educational Use Only – No Medical Advice
This is a critical and binding section.
NurseUp and its AI Buddy (“Nurse Flo”) are for informational and educational purposes only.
No Medical Advice. The Services do not provide medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice.
The content generated by the AI Buddy or contained in the Academy does not constitute medical guidance and should never be used as a substitute for independent clinical judgment, institutional policies, or consultation with a licensed healthcare professional.Professional Responsibility. Users must exercise their own professional judgment and verify any information before applying it in clinical settings.
NurseUp does not replace critical thinking, supervision, or evidence-based practice.Accuracy Disclaimer. The AI system may generate incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information.
While we strive for accuracy, NurseUp makes no guarantees as to the reliability or completeness of AI-generated or user-submitted content.No Liability for Clinical Decisions.
NurseUp shall not be held liable for any harm, injury, loss, or damages resulting from actions or inactions taken based on the Platform’s information or output.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for any clinical or educational decisions you make.
You will verify information through primary, authoritative sources.
You will not use NurseUp as a substitute for medical training, supervision, or judgment.
4. User Eligibility and Responsibilities
Eligibility: The Services are intended for use by registered nurses, nursing students, and healthcare professionals.
By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree not to:Upload, input, or transmit any Protected Health Information (PHI) or patient-identifiable data.

NurseUp is designed with privacy and security measures aligned with HIPAA-compliant best practices; however, full compliance relies on users not entering or uploading any PHI.
You agree that you will not input, store, or process any personal health information of patients through the Platform.
NurseUp assumes no responsibility for breaches resulting from user-provided data.
6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Trials
Some Services may be offered through subscription plans or one-time purchases.
Specific terms, pricing, and renewal details will be displayed at checkout or within your account dashboard.
Billing & Renewal: Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Free Trials: NurseUp may offer limited-time free access to certain features. We reserve the right to modify or terminate such trials at any time.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription through your account settings.
Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed via third-party vendors; we do not store your credit card information.
Digital Product Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once your purchase is complete and the files have been delivered or accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. 7. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, code, the “Nurse Flo” brand, AI-generated content, and course materials — are the property of NurseUp or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute any NurseUp materials.
Modify or create derivative works.
Use any branding, logos, or content without written permission.
8. User Content
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other input to NurseUp, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback to improve our Services, without any obligation to compensate you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
NurseUp, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
NurseUp’s total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the past 12 months.
You acknowledge that the Platform and AI outputs are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
